We work with Financial Center Mortgage, one of the fastest growing lenders in the area. We have a large variety of financing options to offer you depending on your finances, needs and future goals. We  work with numerous wholesale investors to ensure you get the best financing solution available anywhere.

Pre-Qualification
If you're not pre-qualified, we can do that for you, FREE of charge.

Financial Structuring
We understand the importance of the big picture; you need a loan that fits your needs, not one that rocks the financial boat. Together we will look at your overall financial picture to determine what loan best fits your current situation and future needs.

Referrals
If you decide you'd like advice in other areas, we can refer you to a number of quality professionals: CPA's, Realtors, Financial planners and Lawyers, with whom we have worked over the years.

Consulting
With Bonnie's extensive background as a Realtor, a manager in the credit industry, and a loan consultant, and Matt's in depth experience in the financial field, we will guide you to make the best decisions possible. We ask questions, such as "where are you now?", "where do you want to be in the future?" and "how much equity do you have?".  When we see an opportunity for a change of strategy that will help you grow your wealth, we will share it with you.
